Congratulations to Mike Haws and Brad Berven for their wins in the Meadllennium competition this year. Not only did Mikee win in 2 categories but he also took Best of Show. Congratualtions Mike! Because of Mike and Brads efforts the Knights of the Brown Bottle were also named Mead Club of the Year. Give 'em both a pat on the back the next time you see them!

Lurlene Sprayberry took home a 1st for her Strong Scotch Ale
Brad Berven & Jamie Kirmser got a 3rd for their Belgian and French Ale
Brad Berven took 2nd for his Belgian Strong Dark Ale
Mike Haws received a 2nd for his Traditional Mead

In category 8B English Pale Ale with his "Texas Bitter" Sir James Grady took the first place Honors,
In category 9A Scottish and Irish Ale Sir Mike Haws with his "Wizzard Wizz" took third place Honors,
In combined category 15A German Wheat & Rye, Belgian and French & Sour Ale, Sir James Grady took second place Honors with his "Grand Prairie Wheat",
In category 20 Fruit Beer, Spice, Herb & Vegetable Sir Mike Haws took third place Honors with his "Cranpeach Wheat"
