Beer Alert Form

This form will allow us to put up any info you provide for the Beer Alert Page as quickly as possible! Please note: if we have a full list of beers at a bar, and you send us only one or two beers, there's no way for us to create a new beer list. We need a complete list only, so we know which beers have replaced which other beers. Also, please note, a general recommendation of a new bar, such as "The Sleazy Dog Saloon in Westchester is a really great bar with many good beers" is nice information to hear, and maybe some day I will check that place out. But no bar is going to be added to this site without a complete draft list.
