Overview: The American Homebrewers Association's 22nd Annual National Homebrewers Conference is set for June 22nd to 24th at the Holiday Inn in Livonia, Michigan. The event will bring several hundred homebrewers and homebrew club representatives to Michigan from all over the U.S. The conference is being planned, organized and run by members of several Michigan homebrew clubs in conjunction with AHA staff.

The climax of the conference is the Grand Banquet, where the winners of the 2000 National Homebrew Competition (NHC) and other annual AHA awards are announced. The conference also features the second round judging of the NHC, technical sessions presented by homebrewing experts and nighttime social activities put on by homebrew clubs. The Michigan Brewers Guild will also be participating in the hospitality.


Sponsorship Opportunities

Title Sponsorship: $2,500 - Includes full conference registration, Full page ad in conference program, Designation of Banquet as "sponsor" Banquet (e.g., Sam Adams Grand Banquet 2000), Seat at Head table with Keynote speaker, corny of beer and smoked meat buffet Thursday night.

Commercial Sponsorship: $500 - Includes mention & logo in all print materials and on conference website. Full-page ad in conference program. Verbal thanks during Banquet.

Marketplace Sponsorship: $100 - Provides 6 line x 1 column sale ad in program, no artwork, no borders, standard type.

Enthusiast Sponsor: $50 - Provides a three-line x 1 column personal ad in the conference program. No artwork, no commercial content, standard type.

Donor: $25 - Provides the donor's personal name listed in the donor section of the program, one line, standard type.

    Exhibitor Information

    A very limited number of exhibitor tables will be available in the preconvene hallway. The preconvene hallway connects the conference rooms, NHC judging room and the hospitality suite. It is the center of activity all day long.

    Skirted exhibitor tables are to be provided by the Holiday Inn. A full 3 ft X 8 ft table is available for $125 per day. For commercial sponsors (see sponsor information above) the table cost is $100 per day. Half a table shared with another exhibitor is available for $75 per day (3 ft X 4 ft of exhibitor space). For commercial sponsors the half-table cost is $60 per day.

    Exhibitors who sign up for all three days may move the display into the Ambassador Ballroom to participate in the Thursday evening club night event.
