Photo of Sightglass Assembly and Thermometer Mount

This photo shows the ball valve for the hot liquor tank outlet on the left, the sightglass assembly in the middle and the thermometer on the right. The lowest volume that can be read on the sightglass is about 10 quarts. I've marked it in 2 quart increments from 10 quarts to 13 gallons (not visible in this picture). The Ashcroft thermometer is mounted on the right to one of the 1/2" NPT couplings I had welded to the kettle.
