Paul Holm (May 2005) brews mead for his company, the Long Island Meadery. Paul was recently featured in the New York Times for his efforts as well!
Dave Yarrington (March 2004), executive brewer for Smuttynose Brewing, has brewed for the Twenty Tank Brewery in San Francisco, Tommyknocker, Golden Pacific, Commonwealth Brewing, and Tokyo Brewing Company. After taking the brewing course at UC-Davis, he joined Smuttynose in August 2001 and now churns out incredible beers, even if New Hampshire doesn't appreciate them as much as we do in New York.
Kevin Love, Sales Manager for Smuttynose, has been with Smuttynose since 1997, and has been their sales manager since 1998. A life in beer has forced Kevin to visit such podunk towns as New York City and preach to the eager choir.
David Hoffman (February 2004, March 2005) brews for the Climax Brewing Company.
Tom Keegan (January 2004) bought the former Woodstock Brewery building and its equipment two years ago and turned it into Keegan Ales, quickly forming an award-winning lineup of beers. Tom previously brewed beer with Mark Burford at Blue Point Brewing in Patchogue.
Elizabeth Lyons (November 2003) represents Dogfish Head Brewery (Lewes, Delaware). She has previously served as a master chef in Manhattan and worked with Heartland Brewery for seven years.
