Hop Schedule:

.85 oz. Columbus16% A.A. 60 min.

1.6 oz. Amarillo 9.8% A.A. 15 min.

1.2 oz. Cascade 5.8% A.A. 0 min.

.80 oz. Amarillo 9.8% A.A. 0 min.

(About 35 IBU)

 

Mash grains at 152 degrees for 60 minutes.

 

Efficiency set at 68%.

Pre Boil Gravity at 13.5 gallons=1.045

Post Boil Gravity at 11.5 gallons=1.056

Final Gravity 1.011

 

Ferment with Wyeast 1056 (American Ale) at 70 degrees.

 

SRM: 6

IBU: 35

ABV: 5.9%
