Announcing...

Ok, so it took me most of the day - alright: ALL of the day to get this done. At least I did it. Since I had the duty last night, I had to sleep in a little. Til two. Jess and I watched (Ok, I watched, Jess intermittently fussed and snoozed) a pretty cool old movie on TNT - The Next Voice You'll Hear.

Anyway, I had yard work and shrub-butchery to do, too. And laundry. It's not like I was loafing or anything...

Through the miracle of modern technology, technical wizardry, spare parts, a hot soldering iron, awe-inspiring blind luck, and a bit of FM (technical term), I have foregone the expense of a new toy. For your viewing pleasure, the Sony cum Frankenstein and its bride - a Toshiba Satellite 1200sx laptop (or something like that) have been joined in holy deadlock.

Let's look in on the fruits of Kim's labor through the fruits of my labor, shall we?!?

A pretty good day. Aside from getting far too little sleep last night, and spending far too much of today "napping", I really am enjoying our newest addition! Aunt Cindy came and took Jay and Chris to play at her house so that Kim and I could catch up on all the stuff that's been slipping during the "nervous time" (Today? No. Today? No. Today? No.), the "definite time" (Today? Hurry up or I'll have this kid here and now.), and the "homecoming". We very industriously used the time to moon over Jessica.
