Well, just so you don't go away empty handed, here's the list from the Brewing Archives at Stanford University for Michigan. It hasn't been updated in a while, and there are new ones out there (and I bet some of these are gone...), but here goes:

Here is another brewpub--The Great Baraboo Brewing Company, 35905
Utica Road, Clinton Township, MI (810) 79-BREWS.
Features:
Snake Eye Canyon Red Ale--your basic red ale, not anything to write home
about.
Shark Tooth Golden Bay Ale--A pale ale, fresh but not agressively hopped.
King's Peak Caribou Wheat--An american wheat ale--cloudy, nicely hopped,
but not much of a yeast taste or clove/banana taste.
Boston Blackstone Porter--not a bad porter, dark, moderately hopped, mildly
bitter.
There is also a "beer of the month" last month was a cherry wheat--
not bad.
Basically the first two beers are to appeal to the "Bud" crowd, and
the last 2 are to expand the horizons. All in all, not bad, but not
"pushing the envelope" of beer brewing.
Michigan -- Ann Arbor:
Ashley's - 338 S. State
Bar with 25 beers on tap. Newcastle, Young's, Whitbread,
Fullers, Guiness. Other European brands, Paulaner, Pilsner Urquel, Hacker
Pschorr. Also Ciders, and some U.S. micros. A large selection of single
malt scotch's are also available. Three beers on hand pump, including
two "cask conditioned" Bell's beers.
Beer Depot
Beer Store with over 200 kinds of beer.
Full Moon - Main Street
Bar. ~50 different beers from almost anywhere including
U.S. micros. Lambics and wheats as well as ales and lagers. Guiness on tap.
Grizzly Peak - West Washington St
Brewpub planned to open sometime in 94-95 on the 100 block of
West Washington St.
One Eyed Moose - 207 S. Main
Bar, Not quite as extensive a collection as the
Full Moon, but still pretty good.

The Restaurant opened in 1966, the brewery lately.
They get wort from the Detroit & Mackinac Brewery, across the
street.

Kalamazoo Brewing Co. - 315 East Kalamazoo Avenue; 49007
Microbrewery, aka Bell's. Their beers are available throughout the
midwest. They produce many beers, including Bell's Beer, Great Lakes
Amber Ale, Third Coast Beer. They also make four stouts (Kalamazoo Stout,
Bell's Double Cream Stout, Expedition (Imperial) Stout, and Cherry Stout),
a Porter, and some more Ales (including a Brown Ale).
Eccentric Cafe
Brewpub, the first in Michigan, next door to the Kalamazoo Brewing co.
Owned and operated by Larry Bell (the owner of Kalamazoo/Bell's).
Opened Friday, June 11, 1993
As you can see, many are missing: The Ann Arbor Brewing Company, The Royal Oak Brewery, King Brewing (Pontiac). Of course, these are fairly new, but there are others that I don't even know about!
