[Cheese] Fridge/Wine coolers

OK
For those of you that know nothing about the mechanics of refridgeration,
Using one of the after market thermostats to make your fridge warmer for
cheese will make your freezer not functional because the fridge gets it's
"coolness" from the freezer. It's gravity fed.
So, the thermostat makes your freezer warmer, thus your fridge warmer.
Just in case somebody else out there has no concept.
