[Cheese] need pointers for DIY press

I've been searching the web for instructions for a simple DIY cheese press. I found a few, but either I can't source all the parts or I don't have the woodworking skills/tools to build it. E.g. a really well-fitting follower that can withstand pressure and moisture is a problem.
If you have made a press using *readily available* parts, please share - thanks!
