[Cheese] Any interest in a Cheesemaking BBS?

I'm pretty happy with a mailing list. This way I get information slowly and
without searching. I'm just a lurker but love being a part of the list. I'm
yet to start really making anything beyond marscapone and ricotta and am
learning so much before I take the big leap that I wouldn't have thought to
search for or ask ..

So a big thank you to you all for sharing your knowledge and please don't
let the list disappear.
