[SEC=PERSONAL] Personal G'day all, I recently pitched a starter of WLP002 into an ESB wort. It started fermenting at around 18C / 64F and gave loads of sulphur. Has the yeast gone bad? Last time I smelt this I was brewing a Dort! I raised the temp to help remove the smell. I used to do this on another kettle I had with a standard drilled-hole mash screen and it worked great; however, the button-style holes on the Blichmann screen worry me that they may become clogged easier.
