Date: Wed, 2 Mar 2011 20:55:59 -0500 From: National Midnight Star Brewery <nmstarbrewery at gmail.com> Subject: Olive Oil I have agreed to research and informally present to my local club information around using Olive Oil in brewing. I remember seeing an article a while back in either Zymurgy or BYO but finding my specific magazine may be a bit difficult. If anyone has any information, links, articles, or personal experiences that they would like to share, it will really help me out. I appreciate any and all thoughts! Also, please remember to support the HBD, both with the server fund and with traffic...so if you don't mind the world reading your thoughts (on Olive Oil specifically in my case), post them to the HBD. - -- William Menzl Midland, Michigan [99.8, 344.8] Apparent Rennerian National Midnight Star Brewery Member of Dead End Brewers http://www.hbd.org/deb nmstarbrewery at gmail.com Return to table of contents
