---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Thu, 10 Mar 2011 20:53:31 -0500 From: National Midnight Star Brewery/Dead End Brewers <nmstarbrewery at gmail.com> Subject: Olive Oil Thanks to everyone who responded with information around Grady Hull's thesis for using Olive Oil as a substitute for aeration. It was quite interesting and exactly what our club was looking for as "outside the box" brewing. From the responses it was quite obvious that many people have strong opinions about this subject and that more research will open up new opportunities. Thanks again and I appreciate the time everyone took to help us! - -- Keep Brewing!
