[SEC=PERSONAL] Personal Pat, Great work! Fingers crossed with this post. Hopefully I'll be able to decloak from lurking mode now that the 80 char line wrapping jibberscrinsen has been sorted. Apologies for a lengthy response, but hey, I wanna see the line wrapper, um, rapping! It didn't work very well, but when I used PBW, it instantly removed it, For cleaning lines, they have line cleaners that are probably even more aggressive. bill keiser Return to table of contents
Date: Tue, 19 Apr 2011 09:28:15 -0400 (EDT) From: "Pat Babcock" <pbabcock at hbd.org> Subject: Next up: Multi-Part MIME Greetings, Beerlings! Take me to your lager... Thank you to all who have voiced their appreciation for the wrapper, and also to those who demonstrated their faith in our efforts through their continued support for the HBD. Hopefully, the wrapper will serve us well with little difficulty. I'm sure there are more tweaks to come for that 'un - I even have a few in mind already. For my next trick, I will attempt to make the HBD server swallow multi-part MIME without indigestion or reflux. This will be much more difficult, though, and will require this "lull" in my professional pursuits to endure for some time in order to accomplish it with the existing set of programs. (Fingers crossed.) It does sorta feel good to have the HBD skunkwerx fully open once again. It's been too long. Code is poetry. (And mine is that nasty abstract stuff that requires a lot of patience to decypher and understand; and a bunch of people to snap their fingers after each verse - and to pretend they "get it"... =) - -- See ya!
