---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Sun, 26 Apr 2009 17:49:47 -0400 From: "Lemcke Keith" <klemcke at siebelinstitute.com> Subject: Siebel Institute Advanced Homebrewing Course Just a note to homebrewers that our Siebel Institute Advanced Homebrewing Course in Durango, Colorado is filling up fast. Even though this year's course is still three months away (held July 27 - 31, 2009), inquiries & registrations are increasing and we expect that this year's course will sell out as it has over the last few years. Classroom seats and on-campus accommodations at Fort Lewis College are limited, so if you want to get in on the course you will need to register soon. The Advanced Homebrewing Course is an amazingly educational & entertaining 5-day program that will build your hobby brewing skills through content & activities presented by authors Ray Daniels & Randy Mosher, Dr. Chris White of White Labs, and Chris Graham, Vice-President of MoreBeer.com. The week blends instruction in brewing theory with hands-on brewing activities using equipment supplied by More Beer (including their Sculpture brewing system). After-class activities take students to Durango's many breweries and beer-friendly bars and restaurants to experience this fun, historic town with their fellow classmates and instructors. Between the knowledge you gain in the day and the Durango experience at night, this is truly "Fantasy Camp" for homebrewers. You can get complete information on the Advanced Homebrewing Course, including registration details, on our web site at http://www.siebelinstitute.com/course_desc/homebrewing.html. See you in Durango! Keith Lemcke Vice-President Siebel Institute of Technology Return to table of contents
